In keeping with landlord and tenancy legislation, all deposits are held with the Deposit Protection Service and, as members of Propertymark ARLA and agents regulated by The Property Ombudsman, we will ensure you will receive expert guidance on landlord legislation, regulation and compliance at all times.
Once you decide on the service and we find you a tenant, we will give you as much information regarding the prospective tenant, stating all the details. It is so important to build a picture of who will be living in your property and whether you think the situation will be suitable.
A detailed Inventory and Schedule of Condition report is a must. Without this, if there are any disputes at the end of the Tenancy, you do not have evidence to back up the condition of your property prior to the Tenancy commencing. The Inventory and Schedule of Condition report should include written and photo evidence. This should then be signed at the Check-In appointment and the Tenant(s) would normally be allowed 48 hours to make any amendments.
