Mortgages are a lot more difficult than they first appear. Knowing what rate, term, lender, features and insurance to get are all time-consuming and complex matters.

Recognizing this, Mayfair Town & Country  are pleased to be hosting regular advice sessions with local mortgage adviser Sam Winfield at their North Somerset offices in Weston-super-Mare, Worle and Clevedon.

Sam is an experienced and astute mortgage professional working in conjunction with Clevedon-based The Mortgage Centre, who is able to assist with all elements of obtaining your residential mortgage.

Karen Lyons and the team at Mayfair Weston-super-Mare presented Sue Collard with a cheque for £5447 for the Bone Cancer Research Trust after a successful charity ball fundraiser held recently. Sue is the Mum of Mary, who was aged 11 when she sadly lost her life to bone cancer. Sue and her family are the reason we dedicate so much of our charity work towards the Trust!

Mayfair Town & Country have raised over £5000 for the Bone Cancer Research Trust at their Summer charity ball.

The ball, which was held at Weston-super-Mare Golf Club, attracted almost 100 guests and was supported by local couple Sue and Andy Collard who lost their daughter Mary, aged 11, to bone cancer.

The evening started with a prosecco reception followed by a three course dinner, an exciting auction, raffle and live music from local musician Darren Sims.
