Duties

  • Arrange and attend property viewing appointments
  • Prepare marketing material for the internet, windows and tenants
  • Liaise with Landlords / Tenants to build and maintain relationships
  • Carry out check-in’s and check-out’s of tenants from properties and deal with all necessary correspondence
  • Deposit returns
  • Property file and key management
  • Inventory updates

  • Good local knowledge
  • ARLA qualified desirable, but not essential
  • Full, clean driving licence

Hours

  • 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch plus every other Saturday 9am to 4pm, with a day in lieu off during the week.
