• Monday to Friday 09.00hrs to 18.00hrs
• Alternate Saturdays 09.00hrs to 16.00hrs (day in lieu granted)
• Minimum 1 year of lettings experience
• Responsible for increasing new business levels
• Conducting valuations
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with landlords
• Oversee the tenant viewing and application process
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a strong customer focus
• Professional, positive and enthusiastic approach
• Full UK driving licence required
