Branch Manager – Clifton, Bristol

We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our Residential Sales & Lettings team in our Clifton, Bristol branch.

The main purpose of the role is to maximise the overall income and profitability of the branch and to train, manage and lead your own team. You will maintain regular contact with the company’s clients, carry out viewings and market appraisals for both sales and lettings, in a professional and efficient manner. You will be managing and developing the team, so this role really needs to be someone with a flair and passion for Estate Agency, that can deliver on development and profitability.

You will be:

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager or a Senior Negotiator with good knowledge and experience in both Sales & Lettings
  • Good at managing, leading and mentoring a team
  • Able to prove a track record in generating new business as you will be responsible for increasing new business levels
  • Conducting valuations and viewings for both sales and lettings
  • Ensure all the branches compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with landlords
  • Helping the team to achieve their potential
  • Have excellent communication & negotiation skills with a strong customer focus
  • Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude and a real love for Property
  • Work to increase the market share and profitability
  • Work hard within the local community to market what the company can offer
  • A Full UK driving licence holder

Lettings Coordinator – Clifton, Bristol

 

This is a full-time role based within the busy rental department in our Clifton office.

You will be:

  • Responsible for handling the maintenance, liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors face-to-face, on the telephone and by email to report, organise and follow up on maintenance issues
  • Conducting some viewings
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with landlords
  • Have excellent communication & negotiation skills with a strong customer focus
  • Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach
